Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Test Coordinator I at the Redstone Test Center, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL to support testing programs and documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities include managing test plans, budgets, schedules and reports, using RTC/ATEC tools and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college/university.
• 1 year of experience planning, budgeting and scheduling for projects; tracking status and milestones; analyzing costs.
• U.S. Citizenship required for all applicants; ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.

Astrion has an exciting opportunity fora Test Coordinator Ilocated at theRedstone Test Center, Redstone, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited* college/ university
• 1 year of applicable experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements; providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs; validating costs; comparing performance against plans; and reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must also possess excellent analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction including attention to detail as well as supportive of process improvements.
• Must be a proficient user of MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, One Note, and PowerPoint), and SharePoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Prefer experience/skills coordinating projects; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects; developing integrated schedules, writing narratives. Professional user of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with U.S. Army and U.S. Army missiles and technologies, and/or knowledge of different types of government funding are pluses.
• Exceptional customer relationship management highly desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard. Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.
• Ad-hoc support asrequired.
