Conducts training for placement testing and responds to inquiries. Identifies and troubleshoots minor technical issues during the testing process as per established policies. Position requires the ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including nights and weekends.**What a day of a Test Center Representative looks like:*** Sets up tests according to established protocol. Monitors the administration of various tests.
