Job summary

PSI Services LLC is hiring a Test Center Administrator in Duluth, MN for a $17/hr role. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8am–5pm (32–38 hrs/week).

Candidates will help run secure testing environments and assist test takers to ensure a smooth process, while maintaining high integrity and security across PSI’s nationwide network. Equal opportunity employer; eligible for benefits on the first of the month following hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with exam environments or invigilation is beneficial.
• Physical agility to stand and walk 40% of shift.
• Commitment to maintaining exam security.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict exam security and maintain a trustworthy testing environment.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for test takers.
• Set up workstations and equipment for each session.
• Explain the exam process clearly to test takers.
• Provide accessibility support for individuals with special requirements.
• Uphold integrity and supervise tests effectively.
• Render accurate test results to support career progression.
