Job summary

ABM is seeking a skilled Test and Balance Technician to support testing, adjusting, and balancing operations at a semiconductor and chemical manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot system performance issues in a highly regulated industrial environment.

Union Requirement: Candidates must be current members of Local Union 359 or be willing to join Local Union 359 upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Support testing, adjusting and balancing operations for air systems.
• Maintain proper system balance during new installations, equipment modifications and deinstallations.
• Work independently and with other technicians to meet customer requirements.
• Follow ABM safety standards and procedures at all times.
