Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring an Equipment Technician in Phoenix to help keep a 300mm semiconductor cleanroom running at peak performance. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and manage spare parts in a safety-conscious setting.

Training lasts 1–3 months with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; after training, expect 12‑hour compressed shifts on a 3/4 day rotation. The role offers temp-to-perm progression with a potential pay raise on conversion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to run system interfaces and analyze production data.
• Attention to following detailed procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Care: Perform preventive maintenance and post-maintenance visual quality checks.
• Troubleshooting: Respond to system error messages, analyze quality charts, and resolve equipment defects.
• Parts Management: Oversee the full lifecycle and inventory of critical spare parts.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in technical upskilling and process optimization programs.
• Safety First: Follow all safety, health, and security guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
