Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field and 6+ years of test experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency with IBM Rational DOORS, JIRA/Confluence, and MBSE.
• Experience with automated test tools and hardware test equipment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test plans, procedures, and cases.
• Execute tests, analyze results, and lead root-cause actions.
• Provide guidance on automated test tools to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with I&T commodity teams to transition to automated tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposals for automated test tools.
