Qualifications
- 4+ years as Test Automation Lead or equivalent role.
- Experience building enterprise-scale automation frameworks with Robot Framework and Selenium.
- Strong programming in Python and/or Java for test framework development.
- Deep API testing, contract validation, service virtualization, and microservices testing.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise automation testing strategy.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, DB, and integration layers.
- Establish standards and guidelines for quality engineering across teams.
- Lead automation for cloud-native architectures and CI/CD integration.
- Define quality metrics and automation KPIs, implement dashboards.
