Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree with related work experience or 3+ years for Master’s level.
• Master’s Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor’s with 5 years.
• Hands-on experience building maintainable automation frameworks for UI, API, and system-level tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI test suites for Windows desktop apps; create reusable components.
• Create and maintain automated tests for REST interfaces and service integrations; improve test coverage.
• Own end-to-end automated validation for features involving software and hardware interaction; plan multi-functional testing.
• Lead test planning, strategy, and cross‑team collaboration across engineering and manufacturing.
• Build testing infra with databases and automation frameworks; leverage AI tools and dashboards for root-cause analysis and reporting.
