Job summary

Callibrity/CGI seeks a Test Automation Engineer to advance automated testing, build test frameworks, and influence product quality. The role focuses on designing and implementing testing software, test plans, and tooling across the software life cycle.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in testing or development within Agile teams, strong Selenium automation experience, and a four-year degree or bootcamp background.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java or JavaScript within an Agile environment.
• 3+ years in a test or development role.
• 3+ years in Test Automation using Selenium.
• Four-year degree or completion of a respected bootcamp/accelerator.
• Successful completion of Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges.
• Interpersonal skills: Influencer, accountability, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an automated test infrastructure.
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases.
• Integrate with deployment infrastructure for CI/CD.
• Establish processes and tool set to maintain automation scripts and generate regular test reports.
• Demonstrate mastery of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and TDD practices.
• Stay ahead by exploring AI/ML, Cloud, and IoT technologies.
