Job summary

Callibrity/CGI seeks a Test Automation Engineer to advance automated testing, build test frameworks, and influence product quality. The role focuses on designing and implementing testing software, test plans, and tooling across the software life cycle.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in testing or development within Agile teams, strong Selenium automation experience, and a four-year degree or bootcamp background.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java or JavaScript within an Agile environment.
• 3+ years in a test or development role.
• 3+ years in Test Automation using Selenium.
• Four-year degree or completion of a respected bootcamp/accelerator.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an automated test infrastructure.
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases.
• Integrate with deployment infrastructure for CI/CD.

Are you a software or quality engineer with a passion for automation, optimization, and quality in software development? We are looking for an individual who is driven to make development teams more efficient and productive who can combine software development skills with both an enthusiasm for and experience in testing and quality. In this cross-functional role, you will have a direct and immediate impact on the entire software development process — including writing production code—with an emphasis and responsibility on leading and taking ownership of designing and building testing software, test frameworks, test plans, and tool selection.

Callibrity's Test Automation Engineer's:

• Build and maintain an automated test infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java or Javascript
• 3+ years experience in a test or development role as part of an agile environment
• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium
• Four-year degree or successful completion of respected bootcamp/accelerator, or extensive mentorship program
• Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
