Key Responsibilities

• As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance the overall quality assurance process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for test automation and quality engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of Test Automation experience with Selenium
• A minimum of 3 years of Core Java experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
  
  

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
