Job summary

ADP TEST-LMS DR2-DONT USE is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.

You will work closely with developers and product teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria. This is a remote position with collaboration across Agile teams; you will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze results, report

Qualifications

• Experience in test automation engineering or QA role.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Execute automated and manual tests to validate functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with development and product teams on testing requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the full bug lifecycle.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

• Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and best practices across QA.

Requirements:

• Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and performance testing
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
