ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an automation tester to design and implement automated Selenium scripts, build scalable frameworks, and drive CI/CD integrated testing within cross-functional teams in Plano, TX. • Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to align testing with project requirements.
• Optimize automation strategies and frameworks for efficiency and coverage.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in automation testing and Selenium best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium.
• Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
