Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an ETL Developer/SQL tester with strong AWS cloud experience to design, build, and validate scalable data pipelines.

You will script SQL, model relational databases, implement AWS-based ETL jobs, apply DevOps practices, plan and execute tests, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ETL or data testing experience.
• Experience with SQL scripting and relational database modeling.
• Experience creating AWS ETL jobs and data pipelines with high data volumes.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Analyze and plan testing, write test cases, execute manual and automated tests.

ETL Developer/SQL tester with 5-7 years of experience.

Required

Experience with SQL scripting and relational database modeling

Experience working with creating AWS ETL jobs, data pipelines with high volumes of data

Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools

Analyze and plan testing, write test cases, execute manual and automated tests, use technical skills for deeper testing

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Experience programming and testing large scale cloud solutions

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to)

Designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines.

Analyzing data models and business requirements.

Troubleshooting data issues and optimizing performance.

Data Validation: Query the database to verify that data is correctly inserted, updated, and deleted by the application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Design, Create and Execute Test Cases:

Backend Testing: Validating backend logic and data processing that might not be immediately visible through the user interface.

Collaboration: Working closely with developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
