Job summary

This entry-level to developing role operates under the direction of qualified senior technicians, engineers, or project leads; certification is not required, but knowledge and safety practices aligned with NETA Level I trainee are expected.

Job description

The Test Technician supports the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of electrical power distribution equipment in commercial, industrial, and utility environments. This role performs entry-level to developing technician work under the direction of qualified senior technicians, engineers, or project leads. Certification is not required; however, the role is expected to demonstrate the knowledge, safety awareness, and work practices consistent with a NETA Level I / trainee-level electrical testing technician.

Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
