Flash Technology Group in Linthicum, MD, is looking for a Test and Integration Engineer II with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. You will help shift security evaluation toward automation, streamline approvals, and build continuous monitoring capabilities across project lifecycles.

The role requires experience designing and executing test plans, using automated testing tools, and collaborating across agile teams.

Description: As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Test and Integration Engineer will perform test and integration of products to verify compliance based on the requirements and design models.
• The Test and Integration Engineer will develop and execute test plan for products for customer experience, to achieve expected results and to ensure 508 compliances.

Required:

• Experience in developing and executing test plans
• Experience using automated testing tools

Desired:

• Cloud hosting and automation

• Testing/leveraging AI
• Automated testing is a plus

Salary varies based on Years of experience: $162,000- $188,000

A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
