Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of space, satellite communications, and PNT systems.

The role involves planning, executing, and reporting test activities across the full acquisition lifecycle, from early demonstrations to formal test events. The candidate will develop TEMPs, witness V&V, and contribute to system requirements while coordinating with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in test and evaluation of DoD systems.
• Active or eligible for a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test schedules, and integrated test documentation.
• Design, review, and execute test plans and procedures; witness V&V events and developmental/operational testing.
• Collaborate on system requirements, critical technical parameters, and operational criteria.
• Plan and execute field demonstration events for emerging technologies.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis in support of test design and evaluation.

Test and Evaluation EngineerPosition OverviewIS4S is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of space, satellite communications, and position, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems.
