Description:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a large-scale Modernization initiative.

This is a hands-on testing role responsible for ensuring the system meets business, operational, and domain-specific requirements through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect validation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with program staff, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to validate functionality and ensure the delivered solution meets high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• UAT Execution: Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across modules and business functions.


• Test Design: Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes, functional requirements, and user workflows.


• Validation & Regression: Perform thorough functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to ensure system quality and business readiness.


• Defect Management: Accurately document test execution results, identify issues, create clear/reproducible defect reports, and participate in defect triage meetings.


• Compliance & Standards: Validate system functionality against domain policies, business processes, federal regulations, and operational requirements.


• Gap Analysis: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, missing requirements, and potential business impacts during testing.


• Implementation Support: Support statewide implementation activities, production validation, daily status reporting, metrics collection, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

Mandatory Requirements & Work Experience

• Prior hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a Modernization implementation.


• Strong knowledge of business processes, policies, case management operations, and associated workflows.


• Demonstrated ability to execute detailed test cases, identify defects, and validate system functionality with high accuracy.


• Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and investigative problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with program staff, business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Quality Management teams.


• Familiarity with federal Office of Enforcement requirements, regulations, and reporting.


• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, ALM, Azure DevOps).


• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor government system implementations.


• Experience with test planning, requirements traceability, metrics reporting, and QM best practices.


• Familiarity with ProTech systems is a plus.
