Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with IT.

Preferred

• At least 2 years of experience with Functional Testing.
• At least 2 years of experience in test case creation and test execution and should have experience on using HP ALM/QC.
• Experience in the following:
• Analyzing the requirements (explicit & implicit) and define appropriate test design.
• Awareness of web service testing tools such as SOAP UI.
• Hands on experience of working on any of the automation tools such as IBM RIT, Parasoft SOA Test etc.
• Exposure to Database concepts- preferably on DB2.
• Communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Should have good client interfacing skills.
• Strong Analytical skills.
