Job description

Location: 701 W 51st Street, Austin, Texas 78751.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid. Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mon & Tues) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Subject to change per the hiring team.

Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).

Candidates must already reside in Texas.

II.CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

• 8 years required: Experience with designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
• 8 years required: Experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.
• 8 years required: Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments.
• 8 years required: Experience in performing moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing.
• 8 years required: Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies.
• 8 years required: Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordingly.
• 8 years required: Strong familiarity with analysis, planning and management reporting functions.
• 8 years required: Acquires knowledge of the Customer's business in assigned area.
• 8 years required: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• 8 years required: Able to work with Customer as needed during test cycle.
• 8 years required: Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, team-playing, and oral and written communication skills.
• 8 years required: Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
• 2 years preferred: Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
• 2 years preferred: Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies.
• 2 years preferred: Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
