Test Analyst – Tata Consultancy Services

Location: McLean, VA

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per annum

Experience Required: 10–12 years (6.7–10 years for tech‑focused projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute test cases for mortgage‑related software solutions.
• Perform parallel testing, reconcile test results, and identify discrepancies.
• Lead meetings, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and create PowerPoint summary reports.
• Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and manage work in JIRA.
• Communicate defects and work with product teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• US education (preferably undergrad) or local equivalent.
• Experienced at senior consultant/manager level in Big‑4 or comparable consulting firms.
• Strong functional knowledge of Mortgage‑Backed Securities (MBS), servicing, and secondary mortgage lifecycle.
• Background in government or federal contracting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
