Level Financial Advisors is seeking a Financial Planning Associate for our East Amherst, NY headquarters. This full-time, in-office role supports financial advisors, senior advisors, executives, and the operations team with planning and client service tasks.

The position offers mentoring, growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to investment management and onboarding. A strong candidate will be organized, detail-focused, and proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field.
• A mature, positive, friendly, outgoing personality.

FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSOCIATE
EAST AMHERST, NY

We have an immediate need for a Financial Planning Associate to join our growing firm in East Amherst, NY. This is a full-time, in-office position at our main headquarters on Transit Road.

Our Financial Planning Associate is responsible for assisting the Financial Advisors, Senior Financial Advisors, Executives, Operations Team, and Partners of the firm with daily tasks and projects related to financial planning and investment management of clients. Further responsibilities include various client services tasks, including processing paperwork, moving money, creating agreements and onboarding clients.
