Legend Wealth Management LLC in Amherst, NY is seeking a motivated Financial Sales Assistant to join a growing team supporting the sales and advisor staff. You will handle daily administrative tasks, prepare client proposals, and maintain client communications to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in financial services or sales support, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and excellent customer service. Licensing (Series 6/7/63) is a plus or willingness to obtain one.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, sales support, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, wealth management, or investment services is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Series 6, 7, or 63 license is a plus, or willingness to obtain license.
