Job summary

Tesco’s Phone Shop is seeking a friendly colleague to deliver excellent customer service while helping customers choose mobile products and services. You’ll support store routines and tech queries, with shifts scheduled within visiting hours and a minimum weekly guaranteed hours commitment.

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25.Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for

You will need

A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.

The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.

The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.

A positive, team‑focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
