Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Service Colleague to join our store team in a role that offers variety, teamwork, and daily challenges. You’ll deliver friendly service, help with shelf replenishment, checkout duties, and online order picking, while learning about our products and services.

We offer flexible hours, a 16-hour minimum, and benefits to support you. In this role you will be part of a team focused on great service, strong sales, and store performance.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
