Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care by coordinating delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop culturally competent care plans with patient problems and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other health care team members.
• Delegate and supervise in accordance with MA Board of Nursing rules.
