Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking an Associate Regional Vice President to work remotely within the Boston-area territory, collaborating with custodial partners and WEG advisors nationwide. The role focuses on closing deals and transitioning clients to WEG advisors while expanding market presence through strategic relationship building.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in wealth management, series licensing or CFP/CFA/CIMA designation, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Licensing such as Series 65, Series 7 & 66 or advanced designation (CFP/CFA/CIMA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in wealth management.
• Prior experience as an advisor/wealth manager is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to grow market share and territory by managing custodial partnerships.
• Participate in events, branch meetings, client events, and educate clients on WEG resources.
• Educate clients on WEG value proposition, solutions and services; conduct presentations on capabilities.
• Source and close prospects, educate custodial clients on the wealth planning process.
• Engage prospective clients and relay needs to WEG advisor; facilitate coordination across teams.
