Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager for our Tooling Solutions rental facility in Deer Park, TX. The role focuses on expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, while promoting our Tooling Solutions offerings.

Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commission; travel across assigned markets is required to develop revenue, sign MSAs, and advance our customer relationships with proactive service and

Qualifications

• Top-tier sales skills and a track record of closing industrial contracts.
• 5 years of experience in industrial facilities.
• Industrial contract knowledge.
• Ability to lift, carry and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of general rental, pump and power tooling and industrial tooling.

Responsibilities

• Sign contracts or obtain an MSA to generate revenue inside facilities.
• Rent to non-contract facilities directly to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with local industrial reps across multiple markets.
• Gather requirements to facilitate RFQs and respond quickly to leads.
• Educate contractors on how EquipmentShare saves time and costs.
• Maintain relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and inform them of new offerings.
