Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive's Skin Health group is seeking a Business Development Representative to promote PCA SKIN and EltaMD across Atlanta territory. You will drive sales, expand medical and aesthetic accounts, and manage key corporate relationships with clinics, spas, and offices.

The role requires entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and the ability to travel frequently within the territory to build partnerships and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/business development in aesthetic/beauty.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Ability to travel within territory (80–90%).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Travel in-person within the territory to grow PCA SKIN and EltaMD accounts.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Build relationships with physicians, spa managers, and staff.
• Conduct product trainings and promotional events.
• Support marketing efforts with open houses and in-office events.
• Route monthly in-person account visits and track activities.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and professional conferences.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
