Job summary

Krone NA, Inc. is seeking a Territory Service Manager to lead field-based service across an assigned US territory.

You will support dealer service departments, manage cases from open to close, and ensure dealers have access to KRONE technical resources for effective equipment service. Travel is extensive (70%+), and you will collaborate with the Regional Service Manager to maintain strong dealer relationships and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's or 2-year technical degree preferred; equivalent combination with 3+ years field service experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of KRONE product lines or related hay, forage, and baling equipment.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and guide technicians remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for dealers within the territory.
• Log, track, and manage all service cases in the ticket system from first contact through closure.
• Escalate cases to PSE after 24 hours and loop in the RSM on escalations.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to assess service capability and training needs.
• Monitor warranty claims for accuracy and policy compliance; guide dealer teams on submission.
• Identify goodwill opportunities and initiate goodwill requests per policy.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on sales and service coordination in the territory.
• Close cases when resolution is confirmed and communicate with dealers accordingly.
