Our Sales Trainee Program provides hands-on sales and product training to prepare enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with the skills necessary to excel in a sales career at Style Crest.

The program begins with an introduction to our business, including our extensive product offerings and services that differentiate us from competitors. Trainees will spend significant time in the field, mentored by top sales professionals, gaining insights into our customers, products, delivery platform, and sales processes. Throughout the program, trainees will have real sales opportunities to develop and demonstrate their skills, with the goal of advancing into a Territory Sales Manager role. Your commitment, motivation, and willingness to relocate will support your career progression at Style Crest.

As a Sales Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Preparing weekly schedules and monthly sales plans with your mentor, and working to meet or exceed these goals.
  2. Making daily in-person calls to customers and prospects to introduce products and services.
  3. Building positive relationships internally and externally.
  4. Mastering our sales process and developing an effective selling style.
  5. Prospecting and converting prospects into new business.
  6. Gathering and entering customer and prospect data into CRM systems.
  7. Supporting customer events, resolving issues, and setting up new accounts.
  8. Visiting contractors to promote our products and installation benefits.
  9. Learning about our products, services, and competitors, focusing on features and benefits.
  10. Improving selling, negotiating, and communication skills through training and field practice.
  11. Debriefing weekly with your mentor to review progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities.
Minimum requirements for our Sales Trainee Program:
  • At least one year of face-to-face sales experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED; a degree in sales or business is preferred.
  • Outgoing, proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and approach customers confidently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn our products and services, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
