Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive homeowner sales in the assigned area. A company vehicle and gas card are provided, with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

This inside-outdoor role involves direct outreach to homeowners and presenting the value of HomeTeam’s pest control solutions. No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have all information needed to delight homeowners.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Work outside and meet new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
