Thrasher Foundation Repair in Omaha, NE is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to close in-home appointments and design permanent home-improvement solutions.

This role offers uncapped income potential ($200k–$260k+), no cold-calling, and a fast-paced growth path with full benefits and a proven playbook to follow. You will run 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily, Monday through Friday, and have opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company.

The Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, You Will

• Close. Run 2-3 pre-qualified in-home appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks.
• Solve. Homeowners need you. You're not pushing a service they don't need, you're designing a permanent fix and handing them peace of mind.
