Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage a Tennessee auto-dealership portfolio. You will drive loan originations, onboard new partners, and be the primary contact for accounts, with travel across the territory and a consultative, relationship-first approach.

You will educate dealer staff on financing programs and build in-person relationships to grow market share while enjoying autonomy over your schedule and travel plans.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant sales or business development experience (auto financing, banking, or dealership experience is a plus).
  • Valid US driver's license required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce a plus).
  • Comfort with cold outreach and a consultative, relationship-first sales style.
  • High level of independence; detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills.
  • Strong prospecting, presenting, and closing skills.
  • Initiative, sense of urgency, and passion for winning.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships, including cold calling.
