Job summary

Thrasher Group is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to close in-home appointments five days a week and design permanent fixes for homeowners. You will lead the sales cycle, ensuring every appointment delivers value and peace of mind.

The Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, You Will

• Close. Run 2-3 pre-qualified in-home appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks.
• Solve. Homeowners need you. You're not pushing a service they don't need, you're designing a permanent fix and handing them peace of mind.
