True North Group LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to meet with business owners and employees, delivering tailored benefit presentations that can be in group or one-on-one settings. You will build trust and long-term client relationships while generating leads, following up, and closing new accounts.

You’ll partner with experienced leaders, receive mentorship, and access field training and proven systems as you advance through a fast-paced career path with licensing support.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 30 days, with company support and reimbursement.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Motivated and growth-driven.
