Territory Sales Professional- Entry Level

Join to apply for the Territory Sales Professional- Entry Level role at Alleviation Enterprise LLC.

Position Overview

Our agency is seeking to fill an entry-level outside sales role in a new territory. The primary responsibility will be developing a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses, focusing on new client acquisition and retention. You'll work closely with a team of supplemental insurance producers who share your drive for success.

This role involves outside direct sales, dedicated to your own territory, with comprehensive training provided to connect with small and medium-sized businesses across sectors. Your goal is to present industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services, engaging with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
  • Visit new businesses, develop relationships, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
  • Build and nurture your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your sales manager to set sales targets.
  • Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit your schedule weekly.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activities.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain one (training and fee reimbursement provided).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
