Job summary

KASIMInternationalCorporation is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base throughout the Tampa territory. This full-time role visits assigned customers, generates sales, takes orders, promotes product lines and specials, and ensures excellent store-level execution and customer service.

The position emphasizes territory management, strong communication with store managers and customers, and the ability to travel across the Tampa region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, routes sales, retail, distribution, merchandising, or similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers and stores throughout the designated territory.
• Take customer orders and actively promote KASIM product lines.
• Push promotional items, specials, and authorized products to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, receiving personnel, and customers.
• Ensure authorized products are available and properly represented in assigned stores.
• Review existing backroom inventory before placing new orders.
• Support proper product rotation to help prevent expired merchandise.
• Ensure shelves are organized, clean, properly tagged, and display correct pricing.
• Coordinate and communicate with merchandisers regarding product delivery and store needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and work consistently toward assigned sales objectives.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and the KASIM sales team.
• Represent KASIMInternationalCorporation professionally and to a high standard.
