2020 Companies is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to promote Springs Window Fashions products inside major home improvement stores across Minnesota. You will work to meet sales targets, build strong relationships with store associates, and educate customers on product benefits.

The role offers $23/hour with a 10% monthly bonus, weekly pay, and a range of benefits. You will travel daily within your territory, visiting multiple stores to maximize product placement and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate retailer relationships with key decision-makers at leading home improvement retailers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with product knowledge and service.
• Maximize product placement through compelling displays and store merchandising.
• Generate leads and provide regular sales reports to management.
