Job summary

Kentucky Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support/Merchandising candidate to assist the sales team by covering open territories south of Lexington, including Danville, Lawrenceburg, Liberty, and Harrodsburg.

You will learn about supplier brands, data analytics, and the Montreux sales process while traveling locally with the sales team. The role emphasizes building displays, understanding sales goals, and supporting route coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B customer service experience preferred.
• Route-based account management or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong desire to start a career in Sales.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, squat, bend and repetitively lift 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our suppliers and their brands.
• Learn how to utilize data analytics to identify selling opportunities.
• Learn and use the Montreux sales process.
• Travel in local market with Sales Representatives and Sales Management.
• Position our brands effectively in the market and build displays.
• Support Sales Team with route coverage when needed.
• Monitor inventory at accounts and review sales performance against targets.
