The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for consistently exceeding new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals, along with other KPIs on an annual basis. This is achieved by effectively managing agents in an assigned market to increase market share through profitable growth.
This role is an individual contributor position.
Base Pay Range: $83,000 - $124,600 USD
