Description of the Role:
CinVivo is seeking to hire a Territory Manager (TM) for the Southeastern United States, covering a geographic area ranging from Virginia to Florida. The TM would oversee the demonstration, sales and account management processes for CinVivo’s surgical camera platforms. The TM would be responsible for establishing relationships with surgeons and hospitals, from current customers to qualified leads to new client discovery. This is an outside sales role that will require travel for in-person prospecting meetings, demonstrations, and implementations, as well as maintenance for installed Systems. This role will report directly to the National Sales Manager of CinVivo Inc.
Requirements:
• College Degree (BA or BS)
• 3+ years of experience working in the OR (Nurse, Aide, Technician, Device Representative, etc.)
• Familiarity with Hospital Sale & Purchase Order Processes, preferably in the Device sector
• Geographically located in the Greater Atlanta Area
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast via car/short flights
Characteristics of Qualified Candidate
• Strong technical proficiency, familiar with the use of hardware/software in an OR environment
• Solid interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with Surgeons, Nurses and Hospital Administration as well as CinVivo’s executive management team
• Ability to manage the entire sales process (from cold introductions, to demonstrations, to purchase order and implementation)
• Highly entrepreneurial with an ability to grow a territory and brand in an autonomous environment
