Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the US Snow & Ice team across assigned markets. The role requires field leadership, dealer education, and proactive customer service to achieve annual territory growth.

The successful candidate will build dealer networks, conduct training, close deals, and coordinate with agencies and partners while maintaining the corporate image and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer relations, prospecting, needs assessment and proposal writing.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Superior presentation, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to travel extensively and maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Service existing sales accounts and generate new business within territory.
• Develop and nurture a network of dealers to drive sales and profit.
• Act as liaison between the company and dealer organizations on pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Consult dealers and end users to evaluate needs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Plan, organize and attend product demonstrations, trade shows and meetings.
