Location: Hybrid (10% Remote and 90% Onsite in the market meeting with potential clients). Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Saint Charles, MO.

Base Salary: $35,000.00 | Uncapped Commission & Monthly Car Allowance

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000

Territory: Pike, Lincoln, Montgomery, Warren, and St Charles County.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services to the local community.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN), part of Global Medical Response (GMR), is the largest medical transportation company in the world, delivering emergency and patient relocation services across the U.S. with membership programs like emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Impact: Connect with B2C and B2B prospects through cold calling, referrals, and community networking events.
• Develop Relationships: Build a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal, and closure.
• Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN’s mission by providing compassionate, quality care through tailored business solutions.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with marketing and leadership to implement strategies that resonate locally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting (preferred).
• Knowledge of emergency medical transport (preferred).
