Territory Sales Manager – MOOD (Legal Cannabis & Hemp)

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll bring our premium product line to life in stores across your territory—building relationships, driving growth, and helping make cannabis culture mainstream. You’ll be the face of a bold, trusted, and legal brand leading the next era of hemp-derived innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales/account management (cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, or CPG a plus)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Tech savvy—comfortable with Salesforce, CRM tools, Google/Microsoft Suite

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Reliable transportation for daily store visits and events

  • Must be 21+ with working knowledge of local and federal hemp laws

  • Solid math and negotiation skills

  • Able to obtain required state licenses and pass background/MVR check
