Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – HVAC & Plumbing Parts & Equipment
Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 (Commensurate with Experience) + Commission/Incentive Plan
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts for HVAC and plumbing parts and equipment throughout the Omaha, NE region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for a technical sales professional with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a passion for exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and mechanical firms
Promote and sell a full range of HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic equipment and supplies
Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to help customers identify the right solutions
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into loyal customers
Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and report market trends
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and training sessions
Qualifications:
3+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or industrial/mechanical distribution (required)
Solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, components, and applications
Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding performance goals
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning abilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Omaha region
