Because this position is a sales role, the total first year compensation can vary between $55,000-$80,000 based on performance. The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$55,000 (excluding bonus earnings) which represents the low and high end of Solenis salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to: experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $1.00 and $550,000,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
