Territory Sales Manager – MOOD (Legal Cannabis & Hemp)

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll bring our premium product line to life in stores across your territory—building relationships, driving growth, and helping make cannabis culture mainstream. You’ll be the face of a bold, trusted, and legal brand leading the next era of hemp-derived innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of sales/account management (cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, or CPG a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Tech savvy—comfortable with Salesforce, CRM tools, Google/Microsoft Suite
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Reliable transportation for daily store visits and events
Must be 21+ with working knowledge of local and federal hemp laws
Solid math and negotiation skills
Able to obtain required state licenses and pass background/MVR check

$45K–$65K base + commissions and incentives ($120K–$150K potential)
