Job summary

Almon Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Commercial and Industrial sectors, calling on Architects, Commercial Contractors, and end users to sell exterior cladding products across Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, with proven ability to develop relationships, present to influencers, manage forecasts, and meet quotas while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in building materials.
• Experience calling on Architects preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the defined territory and manage multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key transactional customers across Architects, Developers, Engineers, and design communities.
• Assess market potential and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand the company’s customer base.
• Track, manage, and communicate sales forecasts and results.
• Conduct seminars and presentations to influencers like architects and contractors.
