Advanced Exterior Systems is looking for a Senior Salesperson / Estimator to join our team in Nashville, TN and Charlotte, NC. This role requires building relationships with General Contractors and Architects while preparing comprehensive job cost estimates for high-end cladding projects.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of architectural designs, excellent customer relation skills, and the ability to manage contracts effectively. The position offers exciting challenges in a supportive environment alongside a passionate team.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
• Strong understanding of contract documents and specifications.
• Capable of preparing complete job cost lists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present building estimates for cladding and façade systems.

• Perform site inspections and approve installations.
